Temporary Shipping Update – April to July 2025

Please note that I aam currently operating from international studios throughout April and July. Depending on your order date, your item may ship from a different location.

  • 15 April – 26 April: Orders will ship from the United Kingdom

  • 26 April – 30 May: Orders will ship from the EU(Spain)

  • 31 May – 20 July: Orders will ship from Canada

  • All other dates: Orders ship from my primary studio in Australia

Shipping times and any applicable customs fees may vary based on the shipping origin.

Shipping to USA

Customs Notice:
Orders under $800 USD generally do not incur import duties, but local taxes and recent tarifs may still apply depending on your state. We are not responsible for any customs charges applied upon delivery.

Shipping to CANADA (April 15th - May 31st 2025 ONLY)

Customs Notice:
Canadian orders may be subject to GST/HST and customs clearance fees upon arrival, even on lower-value orders. Please check with your local postal or customs authority for estimated charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping to European Union (EU)

Orders shipping to EU countries may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) and customs duties depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected upon delivery.

Shipping to INDIA

Jewellery shipments to India often incur customs duties and GST, which can add 30–40% to the item value. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes charged upon delivery.

Shipping to Australia

Orders under AUD $1,000 are generally duty-free and GST-free. You should not expect to pay any additional charges for orders below this value. For orders over AUD $1,000, duties and taxes may apply.

Shipping to UK

All UK orders placed between April 15 and April 26 will ship from within the UK, meaning no customs fees or import duties will apply.

Orders placed after April 26 will ship from either Canada or the EU, and UK customs duties and VAT may apply upon delivery. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering after this date.

Shipping to Mexico

Please note: For orders shipped to Mexico, customs duties and VAT may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Buyers in Mexico are responsible for any import taxes, duties, and handling fees required by Mexican customs. These fees are determined by your local government and must be paid by the recipient to release the package. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping rate of $15 AUD applies and includes tracking and insurance.

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

Customs & Import Taxes (General)

Saultaint cannot be held responsible for any taxes or customs fees imposed by your country's import laws. I kindly advise all international customers to check what regulations apply before placing an order.

Returns

All my one-of-a-kind pieces are made to a specific size, so please consider this when making your purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange it for store credit within 14 days of receiving your item - please send me an email for information on where to send the item. The piece must be unaltered and unused.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges both ways. Please contact me before sending anything back. All returns must include the original packaging.
