Do you offer bespoke or custom jewellery?

Yes! Creating custom pieces is at the heart of what I do. If you’ve got a special idea in mind—whether it’s an engagement ring, heirloom redesign, or a just-because-you-deserve-it piece—head over to the Bespoke page to get started.

How long does a custom piece take?

Custom designs usually take 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity and materials involved. I’ll guide you through every step, from concept to final end result.

Can I use my own stones or heirloom jewellery?

Yes, I’d be honored to rework your sentimental stone into something fresh and personal. There are, however, some limitations to reworking metals, so please reach out if this is something you are after. Let me know what you have in mind, and we’ll see what’s possible.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Currently no. Complimentary resize will be available to Australian residents only from July 15th 2025.

Where is your jewellery made?

Each piece is lovingly handmade in my studio in Sydney Australia using ethically sourced materials and traditional techniques. It's all slow, considered craftsmanship—no mass production here. From April 2025 - July 2025 I will be making jewellery from my mobile studio in the UK and Spain.

What materials do you use?

I work primarily with solid gold (9ct, 14ct, 18ct), and recycled sterling silver, as well as responsibly sourced diamonds and coloured gemstones.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide with tracked and insured delivery. Shipping costs and lead times will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location.

What’s your return policy?

For ready-to-ship pieces, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons). Custom and bespoke pieces are non-refundable, as they’re made just for you.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Gold and silver love a gentle clean. Use warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush, and store your pieces in a dry, safe spot when not being worn. I also offer polishing and cleaning services if your piece needs a little TLC.
